Conditions of sale

The customer can only purchase the products currently present in the electronic catalog visible online at the address (URL)www.samsaraoffial.com

If the request formulated through an online order, by system error, should exceed the quantity available for a given article, Samaraofficial will accept the purchase limited to what is actually available to its virtual warehouse. It will take care of the customer service to make known to the customer (via telephone or e-mail) whether or not the products ordered will be available in the future. The articles selected from those present in the virtual catalog of the site can be purchased under the following conditions.

Acceptance of the order / conclusion of the contract

The purchase of what is required will be perfect through the following phases:
1. Acquisition of the order with relative payment by the method chosen by the Customer.
2. Order processing: packaging, packaging and delivery to the express courier indicatively in a maximum of 3 working days.
3. Send of an e-mail of confirmation of sending, containing the shipment traceability code.
